You can rent clean, reusable cups for hot or cold drinks, use them at your event, and return them afterwards for washing. It’s an easy win for your event, your community, and the environment: less litter, less waste, and more reuse.
The problem
Every event leaves thousands of single-use cups behind.
We love festival season, but every year it leaves behind needless waste in discarded cups. Reusables are a safe, efficient alternative that reduce litter and the costs that come with it.

Borrow, return, wash and reuse: the same cups, event after event.

Collection
Visitors grab a cup at the collection point or at the bar. Event organisers may choose to charge a one-off refundable deposit to encourage return and to offset cup losses.

Swap as you go
When getting your next drink, return your used cup to the bar and get a fresh cup with each drink purchased. This way you only need to pay the refundable deposit once.

Returns
When leaving, visitors drop their last used cup back to the bar or a designated collection point, and if a deposit was charged, it will be refunded.
